The Pro Package is the most comprehensive fear of flying seminar. The process is as follows:
First part
In the first step, we determine where the worries and the strong fear come from. Are there other such fears? What was the trigger? We analyze how they came about. The interaction between the brain and the body is explained in a scientifically sound manner. We look at the processes and the effects. We teach the first four methods of self-calming and how to use them. First part of flight theory - How does the plane fly and why is it one of the safest means of transport? This includes an introduction to flight technology including aerodynamics. In the B777 flight simulator, we get to know the cockpit. We may take off on a first short flight with a circuit. In between, we calm ourselves down and breathe very consciously. There is a kind of homework for the participants. They should practice conscious breathing and self-calming techniques every day if possible.
Second part
The results of the homework are explained. We talk about other methods of self-calming and self-control. As part of an assessment, we assess whether your own life is in balance. The participants learn what options there are to integrate relaxation and breaks into everyday life. Second part of flight theory - This is about weather science, including turbulence caused by fog or thunderstorms. After a short flight preparation with wishes, thoughts about the flight and the destination, we start with the B777 flight simulator.
Third part
The results of the homework are discussed and analyzed. Everyone creates their own customized checklist that they can take with them on every flight. It has been proven that a self-written plan has a very big impact. Third part of flight theory - engine failure and other emergencies. Minor flight planning in bad weather. Final flight in the B777 flight simulator with engine failure, turbulence and poor visibility.
