Vouchers can be canceled up to 20 days after the order was placed. If the voucher has not yet been sent when you cancel, cancellation is free of charge. If shipping has already taken place, a processing fee of CHF 25 will be charged.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay out the voucher in cash. However, each voucher is freely transferable to another person and can also be credited towards any other Flightbase experience.
We can accept cancellations in writing via email.
