Will I receive a refund after I cancel my appointment?

If the registration was paid via online payment or invoice and the cancellation conditions according to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) have been met, you will receive a 100% refund.


Please note that even if your appointment was cancelled by the pilot or guide, you must still submit your cancellation via our cancellation form. Otherwise, the registration remains active, and we will assume that you intend to provide us with an alternative date.

For cancellations of registrations paid for by voucher, a refund is not possible. However, the appointment can be rescheduled to a new preferred date, provided the cancellation conditions have been met.
