Will I receive a refund after I cancel my appointment?

If the registration was paid online or by invoice and the cancellation conditions according to the general terms and conditions were met, you will receive a 100% refund.


Refunds are not possible for cancellations of registrations paid for with a voucher. However, the appointment can be rescheduled to a new desired date as long as the cancellation conditions are met.
