When I register with my voucher I receive an error message.

Your voucher number is invalid. Please check the number for typos.


  • We cannot find your voucher number in the system.

  • Was the code entered correctly? Make sure there are no spaces between characters, at the beginning or at the end of the code.

  • Do you perhaps have a ticket and no voucher at all? A registration is already stored on a ticket and you can simply tell us your new desired date by email.

  • Is your voucher perhaps from another provider? Our vouchers have the following format, exclusively with letters: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
