I cannot extend my voucher.

If you try to extend your voucher and receive an error message, this could be due to the following reasons:

Your voucher number is invalid. Please check the number for typos.

• We cannot find your voucher number in the system.

• Make sure there are no spaces between characters, at the beginning or at the end of the code.

• Was the code entered correctly? 

• Do you perhaps have a ticket and no voucher at all? A ticket does not need to be extended and you can simply tell us your new desired date by email.

• Is your voucher perhaps from another provider? Our vouchers have the following format, exclusively with letters: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

It is not necessary to extend your voucher as you have already registered. If you already have a new desired date, you can send it to us by email. We will then update your existing registration and restart the registration process. Ideally, you should respond directly to your old registration confirmation email.

• There is already a registration on your voucher that has not yet been carried out. This may have been a long time ago.

• Simply send us an email with your new desired date and we will update your existing registration.

This promotional voucher cannot be extended.

• Promotions are only valid for one year. This offer is usually no longer available at a later date.

• However, according to OR, the paid value of the voucher remains valid for 10 years. This value can be credited towards any of our offers.

• Write us an email with your voucher number and we will create a voucher for your credit.

Unfortunately, this voucher is too old to be extended.

• Please send us an email if you receive this error message. We will then check whether the value of the voucher can still be credited towards an offer.
