Flight appointments cannot always be carried out due to weather conditions. In the registration process you can specify under “Postponement date not possible” whether a postponement is possible for you or not. 


If you selected the “no postponement possible” option when registering without a voucher, we will refund you 100% of the flight amount in the event of bad weather.
