How long does it take until I receive the appointment confirmation?

After you have registered, the respective base manager will check availability and assign you a pilot. This takes about half a day.

In high season, when all pilots are in the air, it can take a little longer. As soon as everything has been reserved for you, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information.
