How does the individual organization of appointments work?

For many offers, you can choose from available slots. These are then reserved for you.

All other offers are organized individually for you. As soon as we receive your registration, we will begin scheduling the appointment directly with the pilot or guide. You will then normally receive confirmation of your registration within 1-24 hours. If the appointment cannot be arranged in a particular case, there will be no charge for you.
