Make sure there are no spaces between characters, at the beginning or at the end of the code.
Is your voucher perhaps from another provider? Our vouchers have the following format, exclusively with letters: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
If you still have problems, write us an email to info@flightbase.ch and we will check your voucher.
