Help, I’m running late – what should I do?

Please inform your instructor or guide as soon as possible if you are going to be late. You can find their phone number in your booking overview. Please understand that our guides may not always be able to answer the phone while a session or flight is in progress.

Please note the consequences of arriving late:

• Fixed schedules (e.g., skydiving): 
  Arriving too late may make participation impossible (e.g., if the plane has already departed).
  
  

• Time-based activities (e.g., flight simulator): 
  Generally, your available experience time will be reduced accordingly.
  
  

• Final Decision: 
  Your instructor will decide on-site whether the session can be carried out in full, in part, or not at all.
